Skin Repair strengthens and normalizes the skin’s barrier function

HTH Skin Repair is an effective new cream specially developed for sensitive and extra dry skin. This carefully-tested product strengthens and normalizes the skin’s natural barrier function and is suitable for the whole family.

HTH Skin Repair is developed specially for very dry and sensitive skin. This clinically-tested cream is also suitable for problematic skin and skin that has been overexposed. Skin Repair contains the skin’s natural moisturizing agents, an advanced barrier-strengthening complex, with carefully selected oils. This effective combination both strengthens and normalizes the skin’s barrier function, providing the skin with moisture as well as lipids. Easy to apply and rapidly absorbed, this unscented product is perfect for the whole family.

In addition to clinical efficacy tests, Cederroth conducted a consumer test involving a total of 87 Scandinavian women, the majority of whom have dry skin and in many cases even sensitive skin. These women, who usually buy their skin care products at pharmacies, tested HTH Skin Repair for 7-10 days and the outcome was very positive:

  • 89% are positive or very positive about the product after use.
  • 82% feel that the effect of the product is good or very good after use.

HTH Skin Repair was launched in Norway in autumn 2014 and quickly became a favourite among Norwegian consumers. After just three months, HTH Skin Repair became the fourth best-selling cream in Norwegian grocery stores. Now we are launching this effective and soothing cream at Swedish pharmacies.

HTH Skin Repair Cream is available at Apoteket Hjärtat , Apoteksgruppen and Apotea. The suggested retail price is SEK 55.

About HTH

HTH is based on a medical discovery made by the eminent dermatologist and professor Gunnar Swanbeck, along with Pharmacia. Swanbeck discovered that dry skin is due to a lack of substances such as carbamide, lactic acid and salt, ingredients that your skin normally produces to retain its moisture balance. HTH was based on the findings of this discovery. The first HTH product was launched in 1970 and became an immediate success. HTH stands for “Help Dry Skin”.
